How to Measure

Bust

To accurately measure your bust, wear a comfortable, non-padded bra with a natural shape. Place the tape measure horizontally along the top of the bra at the back, ensuring alignment with the fullest part of your bust.

Waist

To measure your waist accurately, locate the smallest point by bending to one side and identifying the natural indentation in your side—this marks your natural waist. Wrap the tape measure horizontally around your natural waistline, ensuring it runs parallel to the ground for an accurate measurement of your curvy figure's waist.

Upper Hip

To measure your upper hip accurately, locate the fullest point of your tummy, typically 10 cm (4 inches) below your waist. Ensure you measure against bare skin, not over clothes. Take the measurement comfortably, without sucking in or pulling the tape measure too tight. Horizontally run the tape measure around the fullest part of your abdomen, making sure it runs parallel to the ground for an accurate measurement.

Lower Hip

To measure your lower hip accurately, measure your hips at their widest point, typically 20 cm (8 inches) below your waist. Ensure you measure against bare skin, avoiding measuring over clothes. Horizontally run the tape measure around the fullest part of your lower hip, keeping it parallel to the floor. Avoid uneven measurements, as they may distort your overall measurements.

Body Length

For an accurate torso or full body length measurement, conduct the measurement in just your underwear. Begin from the center of your shoulder, then diagonally run the tape measure across your body, between your legs, and back up to the center of your shoulder. This measurement may require two tape measures.
