Returns & Exchanges

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES LISTED BELOW:

For products purchased from AcquaRosa (acquarosa.com), you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a full refund, excluding Final Sales items. All returns to our online address must meet the criteria of being new, unworn, and equipped with attached tags, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt from the initial shipment. Please note that returns will not be accepted beyond the 30-day period.

For Swimwear: Items should remain unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. Returns are subject to inspection, and acceptance will depend on the condition of the returned item.

AcquaRosa cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

If there's an error on AcquaRosa's part, we will take responsibility and assist in facilitating the Returns Process. Please contact us at acquarosa.usa@gmail.com for support in such instances. Should you receive a defective product or an incorrect order from our end, please reach out to us so we can organize the return shipment. In these cases, no additional fees will be applied.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for all returns, including items received as gifts. Alternatively, refunds can be processed as store credit upon request.

Exchanges: 

For exchanges, please ensure that the merchandise remains unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by tags and its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be charged for items returned for exchange, provided that the return is not due to an error. Kindly contact customer service via email or phone to address any payment differences during the exchange process.

Upon receiving your package, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return. The refund procedure typically takes 3-7 business days to finalize, after which the refunded amount will be credited to your credit card. MERCHANDISE SOILED, MISHANDLED, ABUSED, LAUNDERED OR MISSING TAGS IS SUBJECT TO REFUSAL AND WILL BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
